Request for Lease Approval

From the Emerald Park CCR: 8.27 Leasing Restrictions.

(a) No owner is permitted to lease said Property of tax record until the expiration of twenty-four (24) months after the date of transfer of ownership, as recorded with Tarrant County Real Property Records.

(b) After said twenty-four (24) month period as described in Article 8.28 (a), no Owner shall be permitted to lease/ rent the Property, for hotel, transient, or vacation rental purposes, for a short-term period, which, for purposes of this paragraph defined is less than twelve (12) months. At no time, shall an Owner be allowed to lease/rent a portion less than the Property in its entirety.
